Deluxe Studio (679 sq ft) has a king sized bed and 1 queen sleeper-sofa in the sitting area, private balcony/patio, washer/dryer and kitchenette. The kitchenettes include a mini-fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware, cutlery and a small sink.

Luxury One Bedroom (1,098 sq ft) has a king sized bed with a private balcony in the master bedroom and a queen sized sleeper-sofa in the Den bedroom, a living/dining room that has a queen sized sleeper sofa, balcony and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full stove, large microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware and cutlery.

Two Bedroom Luxury (1,098 sq ft) has a king-size bed in the master bedroom. Has a private balcony. Living/dining room that has a queen size sleeper sofa, balcony, and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full stove, large microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware, and cutlery.

Penthouse Two Bedroom Luxury (1,814 sq ft) has a king sized bed in master bedroom, queen sized bed in second bedroom, one full bathroom, private screened balcony, living/dining room with a queen sized sleeper sofa, balcony and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full stove, large microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware and cutlery.

Three Bedroom Luxury (1,777 sq ft) is perfect for a bunch of friends or extended family wanting to share a fully furnished suite with access to a full gourmet kitchen and a kitchenette. Upon entering this suite, there are two doorways, one to a Deluxe Studio and the other to a Two Bedroom Luxury. Both of these units can be closed, if required, for privacy or left open for free access between both suites.

Beach service

The beauty and serenity of Turks and Caicos' acclaimed Grace Bay Beach are just a few steps from your suite at Villa del Mar. You can enjoy the mesmerizing waters, soft sandy beach and gentle breezes – and be back at your room, poolside or at our friendly bar in just a few minutes.

Within a specially marked area of the beach (note that all the beaches in TCI are open to the public so no one property ‘owns’ any particular section), you be greeted by a special attendant who can cater to your every need. Need extra towels to relax on the finely appointed Villa del Mar beach loungers? No problem! How about nice cold bottle of water? Umbrellas and beach toys are also available for the guests on Grace Bay beach.

Nearby restaurants

Several of the island's best restaurants are less than two minutes away by foot. Within a two minute walk, we recommend fine dining at Anacaona (across the street at Grace Bay Club), and Coyaba (around the corner). Or seaside lunch at Seaside (a daytime beach restaurant at Ocean Club West). Fresh is a great new 'all natural' deli for breakfast and lunch, just across from Coyaba. Within another 5-10 minute walk are Coco Bistro (set in a romantic garden under the palm trees), Caicos Cafe (an authentic French Caribbean experience), Mango Reef (a diverse menu at the Royal West Indies), and Opus (a new comer but instant favourite on the TCI dining scene).
